The child advocacy programs offered at the Andre' Bosse Centers are being threatened by a severe lack of money. The Centers in Ludington and Hart operate with private donations. For nearly ten years, that has been enough to staff the centers and run programs for neglected and abused kids. But now lean economic times are affecting the places that try to heal fragile young minds.
